Dawson Women In Action
Our objective is to unite women for a common purpose of service to others by having effective programs and activities in a variety of areas in order to help one another participate in making our community a better place to live for all people.

Each member is encouraged to join at least one department of works to better serve our community. Our department committees are Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International, and Public Affairs.
We also work alongside other civic groups in the area. Our members are strongly advised to volunteer at the RicRack, and you will find Woman’s Club members giving their time for a large number of causes throughout the year.
Talent, diversity, and motivation are all features of each of the wonderful members of our organization. We are proud both of the personal achievements of each member as well as the achievements of the club working as a whole.
The DCWC are proudmembers of both the Georgia Federation of Women’s Clubs and the General Federation Of Women’s Clubs.
